The counselling process

1) Follow the guidelines on the ‘make contact’ page. Make your upfront payment and compose your initial email

2) Within 48 hours, you will receive a response to your first email

3) You will receive 4 counselling sessions (email responses) and the option of a phone counselling session. This occurs over a period of between 2-4 weeks, determined on an individual basis, in consultation with you

 

Cost

• $150 for 4 online counselling sessions, plus a telephone counselling session if desired.
